Our medium spiced curry sauce combines the right balance of spices and chillies to provide an authentic Indian food experience. It tastes fantastic as the base to your favorite curry dish or just heat with cooked meat, fish or vegetables to make the perfect fast-food. Mumbai
The cuisine in Mumbai is closely linked to its growth from seven islands with many fishing villages to megalopolis. Infused with carom seeds to give fragrance, this onion free curry sauce is light but uniquely flavoured. Recommended for seafood or root vegetables. Awarded Bronze in the 2018 Free From Awards.
All our sauces are free from the top 14 allergens, including gluten, wheat, dairy and soya. We do not add any sugar or preservatives, and they are low in fat and salt. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, one pot will serve 3 to 4. Sauces will keep in the fridge for up to 3 months.
