Running alongside our popular Adopt a Beehive we have now introduced our ‘Adopt a Worker Bee’ Scheme.
Worker bees are the heroines of the hive, they work tirelessly all their life for the good of the hive. As a beekeeper I’m immensely proud of my award winning workforce, we recently won gold in the Great British Food Awards 2023.

We have set a Flat Rate for postage of a Royal Mail small parcel so if the postage works out cheaper I’ll contact you for an online refund of the difference.We aim to ship within 1-3 working days and we will ship via Royal Mail tracked delivery.Once posted this will arrive within 1-2 days of posting.

Here at Bear Cool we want you to be happy with your products.
However, we also know that sometimes the products may go faulty or you may not be happy.For online orders you have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods if you decide to cancel. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have advised us. Postage has to be covered by you. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
We cannot accept returns for honey (a food stuff) so please contact us direct if there are any issues so we can discuss options.Your satisfaction and happiness is our priority.
