Where do you ship to?We ship anywhere in the UK, US and Internationally. How much does shipping cost?We calculate shipping based on the weight of your products. We offer both second and first class Royal Mail on all orders.International shipping is calculated based on your geographical location. Please email us if you’re outside the UK so we can accommodate your requests. When can I expect to receive my order?We know how excited you are to receive your order, so here at Ecologue we will ship your product within 1 to 2 working days. For all international orders, please note that we have no control over international customs. We recommend familiarising yourself with the customs charges required.International ShippingCurrency at checkout is in GBP Sterling. Royal Mail is our preferred international shipping carrier. Royal Mail transit times will range from 3 to 5 working days in Europe, and 5 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. Refund policy
If you’re unhappy with your product, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
